1. Ultimate Horse is a game for all ages but the majority of the community is 13 years of age and older.
2. Each player is allowed two accounts. If you have siblings that would like to join Ultimate Horse it is perfectly fine but please inform us of the matter.
3. The use of outside help to gain an advantage within the game is prohibited. Outside help would consist of bots, scripts, and other devices hat are not a part of Ultimate Horse.
4. Ultimate Horse cannot be held responsible for any material that is user or player submitted. You are responsible for preventing copyright infringment for all content you submit. This includes plagarism.
5. The bartering of items, horses, or accounts is permissable outside of Ultimate Horse but you may not do so if the game you are trading with or within prohibits the transaction. The content of Ultimate Horse may not be sold for real money ($ USD) of any kind.
6. Ultimate Horse is a sim game for all age. Profanity, hacking, stealing, cheating, harrassment, name calling, cursing, and other inappropriate behavior is prohibited. An immediate ban will occur if you are caught doing so.
7. Taking advantage of game glitches or bugs of any kind within Ultimate Horse is prohibited. An immediate ban will occur if you are caught doing so.
8. Treat all players of Ultimate Horse with respect and honesty.
9. Discussion of politics, rascism, religion, sexuality, adult materials, and other sensitive topics are prohibited. Specific examples would be explicit material, adult talk, or harassment against another player because of their religion or race.
10. Keep your personal life private. Ultimate Horse cannot be held responsible for any meetings or information you have given. If you are approached by a player for this information contact us immediatly.
11. Ultimate Horse will never ask for your login information (i.e moderators, staff, and other administrative workers of Ultimate Horse). This includes your password, or login name. If you are approached by a player for this information contact us immediatly.
Taking part in playing Ultimate Horse means that you agree to all of the Terms of Service, rules, and guidelines and will continue to follow them.
